I've built and shipped production software end to end, on my own: the architecture, the servers, the database, the mobile app, the payment system, the admin tooling, and the customer support that comes after. Most recently that's AIfrit Labs, an AI platform I designed, built, and still run.
That matters for you in one specific way. When you ask whether something is possible, how long it takes, or what a vendor is really charging you for, you get an answer from someone who has built the thing, not someone repeating what he read.
How I work
Fixed scope and fixed price wherever the work allows it. You know the number before I start. If the job turns out to be smaller than quoted, the price goes down.
Everything is written down: what I found, what I changed, and how it works. If you and I part ways, your business isn't left holding a system only I understand. That's the most common problem I get called in to fix, and I'm not going to create it for you.
